2. Service Description
Holisticcrclean provides a walking community platform for Wellington residents to discover routes, register for group walks, and connect with others. We facilitate community activities — we are not a tour operator, fitness provider, or medical service.
3. Accurate Information
Under the Fair Trading Act 1986, we must not make false or misleading representations. We endeavour to keep route descriptions, event details, and pricing accurate. Standard membership is free; paid events display prices before registration.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for providing accurate registration information. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or harm community safety.
5. Acceptable Use
You must not post false or harmful content, harass other members, attempt unauthorised access, use the platform for unsolicited commercial messaging, or misrepresent your identity.
6. Walk Participation
Group walks are voluntary community activities. You participate at your own discretion and assess your own readiness. See our Activity Disclaimer.
7. Consumer Guarantees
For paid services, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply. Services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill and match their description. See our Return Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
Platform content is owned by Holisticcrclean unless otherwise stated. User-submitted routes remain your property, but you grant us a licence to publish them on the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injuries or losses from walk participation or platform unavailability, except where liability cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act or other New Zealand law.
10. Privacy
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy under the Privacy Act 2020.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes are subject to the courts of Wellington, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
